The mCore suite, based on Amazon Web Services, consists of market-proven products available for telcos and enterprises providing mobile messaging, mobile marketing and mobile payment services. Webtrails revisited the suite and the products, created product identities, identified UX issues including false understanding of the products and delivered a new user experience with intuitive visualisations of these complex environments.

We designed attractive, marketing-driven infographics visualizing our client’s requirements by grouping services features, visualizing interactions, branding services and designing product logos.

Visualizing mCore bulk SMS features, the leading solution for sending bulk messages. This product offers the capability to blend multiple SMS routes, on the same Web SMS platform. It also meets the diverging requirements of each customer by adapting their SMS routes to their needs. mCore Bulk SMS comes with a fully featured Web SMS platform and customizable front end website.
